Hungary-based car manufacturing sites are shut down in succession due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Following similar measures taken by Audi Hungaria in Győr, Opel in Szengtotthárd and Magyar Suzuki in Esztergom, Mercedes-Benz today also announced to shut down production at its Kecskemét plant.
