BASF has inaugurated its new production plant for mobile emissions catalysts in Sroda Slaska, a Special Economic Zone near Wroclaw, Poland, reported the company on Monday.

BASF chooses Poland over Hungary
An EUR 160 million investment for the construction of a new chemical plant has been snatched by Poland. The decision to build the new plant in Poland and not Hungary had been made on the basis of better logistical conditions.
