Fröccsöntő gépeink a pár grammos termékektől egészen az 1500g -os alkatrész fröccsöntésére alkalmasak, max. 500 tonna záró erőig.

A műanyag alkatrészek fröccsöntése és lakkozása egy telephelyen történik, ezért a teljes gyártási technológiát a felügyeletünk alatt tartjuk, már a fröccsöntés is a festési szempontok figyelembevételével történik.

A PlasticPaint Kft., mint társcégünk végzi az alkatrészek festését, lakkozását igény szerinti rétegben, zárt automata festőrendszerben, állandó, tiszta térben, autóipari minőségben.

Our die-casting machines are suitable for injection moulding of products weighed from a couple of grams to parts of 1500g up to 500 tons of clamping force.

Injection moulding and varnishing of the plastic parts are carried out at the same site for which reason we can keep the whole production process under our control and even injection moulding is carried out taking into consideration the aspects of painting.

Our sister company, PlasticPaint Kft. carries out painting and varnishing of the parts in the required number of layers in a closed automatic painting system in a permanent clean space in car industry quality.
